Introduction
In these terms and conditions, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Integral-T and Architects in Apparel. Integral-T and Architects in Apparel are both operated by the same team under the same ABN.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website, including the purchase of goods and/or services (“products”).
Payment
Payment for any purchased products is required upfront. Payment is accepted via Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
Refunds
Refunds cannot be supplied for digital products. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that is faulty, that doesn’t match the product description or that is unfit for the intended purpose. Proof of the fault must be provided via email to Architects in Apparel via [EMAIL] before a refund or replacement will be issued. Replacement products will be provided via the original distribution method at no extra cost to the customer, whether a digital download via email or a physical item via post. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If a customer does not have a PDF viewer or similar program installed on their computer Architects in Apparel is not responsible for their inability to open their purchased product. We will propose solutions for the customer, but unless it can be proven that the file itself is faulty a refund will not be issued. For more information on opening our digital products, click here.
Discounts and Coupon Codes
When a discount or coupon code is distributed, it is limited by the individual eligible products, amount and expiry applied to the discount or code. These will be clearly stated alongside the distribution, whether on this site or sent directly to you. Expired discounts and coupon codes will not be honoured.
Gift Vouchers & Store Credit
Currently Architects in Apparel does not offer gift vouchers or store credit.
Delivery
Digital products will be made available for download immediately once payment has been processed. The files will be sent via email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the file in a timely manner. Lost or deleted files and emails can be re-sent upon request, but a valid receipt of purchase must be provided. No physical product is provided with digital purchases.
Architects in Apparel doesn’t currently offer any physical products.
Product Licence
The following terms and conditions apply to any products purchased by you.
Upon purchase of a product, we grant you individual licence rights to use the product for making clothing for your personal use only. We may cancel this licence at any time if we reasonably believe that you have failed to comply with the terms of the licence.
You must not use the product in connection with a business, you must not sell or resupply the product or any clothing make using the product in connection with a business or for commercial purposes, and you must not reproduce any product except for making clothing for personal use.
You must not reproduce or distribute the product or any part of the product. This includes the original digitally downloaded product and any physical printed copies made. You must not assign or transfer your rights as licensee in relation to any product.
Copyright
Except as permitted by the Australian Copyright Act, you may not reproduce or communicate any of the content on this website, including files downloadable from this site, without express permission from Integral-T/Architects in Apparel. This includes the reproduction and distribution of purchased Architects in Apparel patterns, whether through digital or physical means.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that that your use of this website and Architects in Apparel products and services is at your sole risk. All products and services on this site are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind either expressly or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
In no case shall Integral-T/Architects in Apparel or any associated directors, employees, affiliates, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any product or service provided by us. In states or jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not allowed for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited t the maximum extent permitted by law.
